Great customer service Andrew and D was great but the store manager John was very rude when I came in His customer service skills should not be helpful at O'Reilly's his attitude was bad and he also used bad language he was talking on his cell phone 🤳 When I stood in line he told me the phone comes first you gotta wait Also oriellys do better when hiring lll go to AutoZone for now 🤞

Not anything wrong with the location. Or staff. Just annoyed that to try to order a part in i have to pay more than the parts value in shipping just for it to be the wrong part and they don't have the part in the catalog to order so I got the price for the part back but out the money to ship it. Its stupid and ill mainly not get anything from oreillys again

I am so grateful for the amazing service I received from Assistant Mgr John, at O'Reilly's on Sorenson Parkway!! I went in hoping for a little advice on installing my new windshield wipers. and he came out to my car and installed them for me in minutes!!! He also helped me with my license plates, he really went above and beyond. I hope his leadership team knows how helpful John is! Thanks!

My grandfather started O’Reillys here in the Midwest. It’s the only parts store I use. But this one is a joke. No one in the building seems to know what they’re doing. The assistant manager (Bill) put the battery tester on the wrong cables, and when my battery and alternator passed, he had nothing for advice on what to do next. I’ll drive to the next one next time.
