I couldn’t have asked to be treated nicer. Mike C my sales person and Tim my service writer made the process worry free. I had a last minute request for a loaner car and it was no problem. If you need a car go there. It was a far better experience thank anywhere else.

I have been going to Gmc for a long time never had any issues until recently. I bought my vehicle from them and I continue to do my services with them as well. Not too sure I will be doing it with them much longer. I requested to have an inspection done on my vehicle and was somehow booked as an oil change and was not aware of it until it was time for payment. I tried to respectfully address this as I had an oil change just in the last week of February, and they tried to make me pay for the oil change as it “ Was in the books as an oil change and they do not check if a client is actually in need of an oil change if it’s booked, they do it” per (T__). At this point, I was heated and disgusted with the fact that I was told I need to make the payment as the oil change was already completed. Eventually, they removed the charge after doing further research and seeing that I just had one. Not only did I address the fact that they charged 49.99 for some wipers that cost 17.99 at local store. (I needed to pay The fee as my inspection was almost up, and I didn’t have another day to come back with my work schedule) I go and get in my car turn my wipers on (it was pouring rain) and the so-called wipers that were “replaced” were not properly working. So I stepped out of the vehicle and did further investigation on my wipers, and they only replaced one!!!! When I decided to go back in (Because of the crazy price) To get both of my wipers change and not just one HE BEGAN TO HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE YET AGAIN! He acted like he didn’t see me before and demanded to see the receipt. And try to state that “both of these were replaced.” As well as continued to over talk while I was trying to speak. They clearly were not because brand new wipers don’t have missing Blade pieces. There was another gentleman that noticed my frustration and his name was Ari. he was the biggest sweetheart, and immediately asked what was going on and noticed both were not replaced and went in the service department with no issue and replaced both of my wipers. I hope this was just ONE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

When dropping off my SUV I was greeted Very pleasantly by Tim (Service Advisor). He listened to me regarding my repair work and a recall for my vehicle. Then on the day of work he called me to update me on the repair work. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on going forward with repairs. Then when my vehicle was done He called to inform me that it was ready, then he had to return my call regarding pickup (because it was a holiday and their hours were shortened that day). But I would say that O'Neil GMC did a great job with the repairs and keeping me informed about my vehicle's readiness with much respect and utmost politeness. I can't say enough about them. (This was my first visit to this dealer)
