This place is very well known in the community of sports car mechanics for its total and utter incompetence. I had my Aston Martin serviced there once, and not only they damaged it, they didn't tell me they did. I noticed the (very obvious) damage to the dash when I picked it up. It took them 3 months (kid you not) to repair the dash. They are notorious for finding problems that don't exist and inflating the bills. And they're not that good from a technical standpoint, the best mechanics there have been gone for a while. Stay away and go to Stutggart Automotive on Olympic Blvd in Santa Monica. They're incredible, honest, and much much cheaper.

Stay way from this place. I cannot advise anybody strongly enough to NEVER use their service center. I dropped off my Aston Martin 2 months ago for a simple repair. In that process, the mechanic broke my front panel and O'Gara has been unable to even locate the right part to replace it. It's been two months. I never receive any updates, the staff is totally in over their heads. This is the most unprofessional operation I have ever seen. I usually go to Stuttgart Auto in Santa Monica, and will stick to them, they're way better (and cheaper) than O'Gara. NEVER use the O'Gara Service Center.

The battery on my DB9 died without warning. Car was parked in my garage against the wall and passenger door too close to open. I called for help and to my surprise they arranged a representative to come to my house (40 miles distance) and change the battery in my garage. I find O'gara service team being very professional and doing their best to keep the high standards of Aston Martin brand.

Please don't go to this place super expensive $1800 for oil change! number 1 number 2 I put my car for oil change took him 4 days do it. they're not call back i spoke with Diego and he told me i will call back we just wash your car and still didn't call me back very bad customer service
