My ‘21 Subaru Outback was damaged in a hit and run. NY City Automotive was AMAZING. From the initial call through to getting my vehicle back their customer service was phenomenal. I received regular updates by text and over the phone and they were able to get the car back to me in a week and a half, before I left for the holidays. The work is fantastic too. All around great experience.

Excellent experience here. Cristian was very good about communication and I appreciated the texts. The car looked great and I was very happy. The shop looks immaculate, which immediately helps you trust their work. When I picked up my car, they even cleaned my wheels for me! The repair was for the bumper but I got a bonus with nicely cleaned wheels. They removed all the brake dust. Amazing! Thanks Cristian!

I was referred here through my insurance company. They had appointments available right away and booked me for an estimate. The shop is immaculate. They made my car look new again - including helping me fix a non-covered damage item for a reasonable price. They also gave me some spare touch-up paint and detailed the car inside and out (unexpected bonus!). Good communication throughout. Easy to deal with. Great quality work.

Just take a look at their work! Look at the before and after. Not only did they do an exceptional job, I brought the car in for repair after a snow storm. So it was covered in salt and snow. I got the car back and it was cleaner than it has ever been. They're communicative and will call you to update you. When they think the car will be fixed. What was broken. What parts they're replacing. And they have an app that lets you track your car's repair. Consider them!

They are a great body shop. Anyone there was very professional. I had damages to my rear bumper and it was fixed faster than expected. They made sure that I had a rental car, although it's with my insurance they handles anything for me to make the experience as pleasant as possible

Great team - my car came back clean and looking better than it went in (they did some touch up paint on some areas). Everyone was super nice and communicative. I hope I never wreck my car again, but if I do, this is the crew.

They did a fantastic job all around. My 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan was rear ended while parked on the street suffering significant damage to back and front (was pushed into car park in front). Very professional and made the process incredibly easy. Car was finished within 2 weeks and updated me along the way. When I picked it up, they detailed it too, even buffed up some unrelated scratches for me- car hasn’t looked this good since I drove it brand new off the lot!
