Nsane HotRodz Introduce

Located at 1036 State St, White Pine, TN 37890, Nsane HotRodz operates within the category of Auto Repair Stations. Given its name, it appears to specialize in custom vehicle modifications, particularly hot rod and custom truck builds, a niche within the broader automotive repair industry. This type of establishment typically caters to enthusiasts looking for highly specialized and personalized work on their vehicles, ranging from engine performance upgrades and custom bodywork to full vehicle restorations for show and display.

The environment at Nsane HotRodz, as inferred from the provided customer reviews, presents a concerning picture. While there's no direct description of a physical waiting area or shop cleanliness, the customer's narrative suggests an environment where communication is poor, progress is opaque, and transparency is severely lacking. The inability for customers to visit and see progress on their vehicles, coupled with broken promises for delivery, points to an environment that is not open or customer-friendly. The emotional distress described by the customer upon retrieving their father's truck further implies a dishevelled or incomplete state of the vehicle within the shop, contrary to expectations. The negative review strongly suggests an operational environment where customer trust is eroded due to prolonged delays and alleged deceptive practices, rather than a well-managed or transparent workspace. This is critical for potential customers to understand when considering a custom build or restoration project, which often involves long timelines and significant financial investment.

As an Auto Repair Station specializing in "HotRodz," the intended services of Nsane HotRodz would revolve around complex custom vehicle builds, modifications, and restorations. This typically includes, but is not limited to:

  • Engine customization and performance tuning.
  • Custom fabrication and bodywork.
  • Chassis modifications.
  • Unique paint jobs and finishes.
  • Interior upholstery and customization.
  • Full vehicle restorations for classic cars and trucks.
The customer review specifically mentions "work to be done on a truck" and a "build," indicating that the shop undertakes comprehensive, long-term projects aimed at transforming vehicles for display at shows. These are highly specialized services that require significant expertise, precision, and adherence to timelines. However, the provided information suggests a severe disconnect between the promised services and the actual delivery, with allegations of work not being done despite payments and a project stretching for seven years without completion. This stark contrast highlights the significant risk associated with engaging this particular Auto Repair Station for such specialized and extensive services.

The features of Nsane HotRodz, as presented through customer experiences, are unfortunately characterized by significant negative attributes. The most prominent features described are **extreme delays, alleged financial mismanagement, lack of transparency, broken promises, and a severe breach of trust.** The critical review details a project that languished for seven years, despite initial assurances of a much shorter timeline. It alleges that money was requested upfront, with some parts billed for but not purchased, and that work was not being performed as indicated by the shop's social media. Denials of visits to see progress and repeated broken promises regarding vehicle delivery (even for a paid show space) paint a picture of a business operating without integrity. The emotional impact on the customer's father, described as "grief stricken, overwhelmed with shock," underscores the severity of the alleged deception. While the business's niche in hot rods and custom builds suggests a creative and skilled side, the overwhelming feedback indicates a profound lack of professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct in managing client projects. This starkly contrasts with the expectations of an Auto Repair Station, particularly one dealing with high-value, long-term custom projects.

Based on the provided information, any "promotional information" for Nsane HotRodz must be framed with extreme caution. The existing customer reviews serve as a stark warning rather than an endorsement. For local users considering Nsane HotRodz, the most important "promotional information" to convey is the serious allegations of unfulfilled work, prolonged delays, and financial misconduct. The direct advice from a customer to "Do not give your business to the shop. It could possibly happen to you, too" serves as the most prominent caution. While the shop does have phone numbers, (865) 761-0460 and +1 865-761-0460, any potential customer would be strongly advised to exercise extreme diligence, seek multiple references, request detailed contracts with clear timelines and payment schedules, and regularly monitor progress in person, rather than relying on promotional materials or social media. The existing public feedback severely undermines any positive promotional messaging and instead highlights the critical importance of extensive research and caution when dealing with this specific Auto Repair Station for custom vehicle projects.

Nsane HotRodz Customer Reviews

If I could give zero stars, I would. A business should be run with integrity, but this shop proved to us it thrives on preying on someone who is non-confrontational and doesn’t want to ruffle feathers. Scamming someone who is afraid that if they ask when truck will be ready, then the shop will retaliate by not completing the build. Our elderly father paid a lot of money for work to be done on a truck he hoped to be able to enjoy and display at shows. This shop, while there were some negative reviews, which can happen with any business, was recommended. Little did we know the deception and fraud my dad would be a victim to. What should have been less than three years to complete (at best from what he was told), after 7 years was not worked on as the shop’s social media account made it appear. Though the owner repeatedly asked for money up front (some parts were not purchased but billed for), the work promised was not being done. Visits to see progress were denied, promises to deliver completed truck were broken. My dad was told truck would be delivered to a show, where he paid for a space, and what do you know…oh no I can’t bring the truck, or another instance where he couldn’t deliver it because of weather. After all of these years, my dad said enough is enough and went to pick it up just to make get it out of this shop’s hands. That was the moment we witnessed my daddy look so grief stricken, overwhelmed with shock that I thought he was literally going to pass out when he saw the truck and came to grips with the realization that all these years he had been scammed. He now has someone God led him to who is going to complete his truck. Do not give your business to the shop. It could possibly happen to you, too.

I’ve used this business for the majority of my parts for my restoration project. The level of customer service provided is top notch. They will help you and work through every detail of your order and offer insight to the products they sell. Outstanding company!

I would not recommend buy parts from this shop and will personally never purchase from them again. On the same order I received two different brands of doors for the same car which I would have never expected a shop that uses thier own parts to do. When I asked for a replacement they told me they are the same and would do nothing even after I sent pictures of the visable differences between the two doors. It seemed like one door was an older style of tooling they probably didn't want to use and sold to a paying customer. The only thing they were willing to do was have me pay to ship it back and pay a 20% restocking fee leaving me out more money and inconvenience for thier mistake of shipping two different doors from he begging. After they get your money the customer service is nonexistent and any problems are yours to deal with. They were keyparts and triplus doors so nothing you can't get somewhere else and they told me they were the same but you could see they were tooled differently form the manufacturer. Don't waste your time and money.
