He has had my mother in laws vehicle for almost 10 months. At first he couldn’t identify the real problem so she has put lots of “new” parts in it. Those were faulty parts and the engine needs totally replaced. We have expressed the need for her vehicle so she can safely get back and forth to work. He keeps putting it off to go watch his kids play. How about her. She would like to go visit her children but can’t because he has had her vehicle for 10 MONTHS!!!

New Owner operator as of 2022. Bob has retired and is no longer affiliated with this shop. Took a stationary motor in for a new bearing on the driveshaft. Was told eta of 2 weeks. Called 3 weeks later and it had not been looked at but would get to it this week. Called a week later still hadn’t looked at it but would get it in tomorrow. He call me back beginning of the following week with cold feet and doesn’t feel comfortable replacing the bearing. Picked up my motor and drove it across the street to Mike’s Automotive and they were happy to help.
