Worst body shop came here to get my front bumper and hood painted and they messed it up twice. Yes, I said two times came here two times the first one they did such a bad job that they had to redo it then the second time around was worst than the first time. Now they want me to come back so they can look at it. At this point I’m calling my lawyer and lawsuit for wasting my time. Don’t come here they will just waste your time you will have to find another shop to fix their mistake. Also shame on Rusnak Audi for certifying this shop..

Their team's expertise and attention to detail were evident from start to finish. They communicated effectively throughout the process, and when I got my car back, it looked brand new. North Ranch is an "11" on a scale of 1 to 10. Seldom does a vendor exceed my expectations (which are high) - Casey and North Ranch sailed past my expectations. No request of mine was too high, everything that was supposed to be completed was. My car was finished right the first time, on time and done very right. I am very appreciative. Very good experience !

Unethical business practices, avoid bringing your car here, they will cut corners to make the most money. There's no ethics within this team of individuals.

This place was the most excellent body shop I've been to in my 50+ years of driving! From the front office receptionist, through the quality of work and to the pickup. I couldn't imagine how great and easy the entire experience was.
