The team at North county Ford has been amazing to work with! Super friendly, very knowledgeable when it comes to details about the trucks. I've bought 3 in the last 3 months if that says anything.

Went there to look for a Transit 250. They said they have them all the way in the back and that they don't know what they have in the inventory. Instead of letting us drive there or they could've driven us there, they made us walk when my dad had a total knee replacement recently. The kid who was helping us didn't even take the keys so after walking all the way there we had to wait for him so he could walk back to the office to get the keys. He wasn't able to answer many of my questions. Then he said we need to go to the office to answer my questions. We go there, and he starts taking my personal info before he could even tell me if they had in their inventory what I was looking for. I had to stop him. Then he says he'll go look for someone that knows. He was gone for more than 10 minutes and then someone came to tell us that they don't have any. We left the place. I called back and left a message to the manager about our experience and he didn't even bother to call me back. I ended up buying the Transit from Perry Ford in National City. It's worth mentioning that none of the other dealers I visited were unprofessional and unfriendly like North County Ford.

We absolutely love this dealership! Everyone we have worked with has been so professional and fun to do business with. Their customer service is something you just don’t find anymore. They aren’t pushy, our salesman Trevor was super knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in. He took the time with us and was able to give us answers to our questions. Super helpful from start to finish. They definitely make you feel welcomed. We really think highly of this dealership, we even went down again and purchased another vehicle from them. I had a due bill that I went to the service dept. for, and Jim was so pleasant to work with. The work they did was superior. And it was done in a timely manner. The dealership, service department and parts department were all super clean and very nice. Very nice lounge to wait in also. Thank you North County Ford, we truly appreciate everything!

Ethan did a wonderful job helping me and my family choose a suitable car for our needs. He helped us compare several of our top picks and test drove all of them with us. He was very professional and welcoming, and he’s only 20! He’s doing a great job at his age, and we hope he’s able to grow at this dealership. His manager, Michael, eventually took over for sales and he was so accommodating and genuinely kind to our family. What a stark contrast to car dealerships we’ve been to over the years; Michael really did so much to sweeten the deal for our new car, and he was so very thorough and patient with us throughout the whole process. I couldn’t recommend this location more if you’re looking for a new car. Thanks Ethan and Mike!

I came here to get my Bronco serviced and worked with Nick Rodriguez. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My vehicle inspection also indicated my tires are near the end of use, which I knew would be a note of the report, Nick was able to provide me with different options for when I was ready to change them. He even emailed me another set of quotes based on the additional features I was looking for. My car was completed right on time as they had estimated without any issues. I didn't spend much time in the service area but while I was there the location was comfortable. They even have the convenience of rentals and Uber pick up on site. I recommend both this Ford location and Nick to anyone needing service done. Thank you again for a positive experience.

I wouldn't advise anyone using the service center or mechanics here. Since covid they have gone down the toilet. They often make mistakes and don't take responsibility for anything. I litterally have to tell them what's wrong and they always argue with me. Then call me back days later siting the same thing I told them to begin with. Customer service with an attitude, why am I paying for people to be condescending and disrespectful.

Brought in my Ford F250 to have an oil change and general service done. Jim was my service writer. He took the time to listen to my concerns and kept me informed as the service went on. It’s always a pleasure to come to North County Ford. Highly recommend them in their service department.
