Nordkuste Performance

I recently took my BMW 328 to Nordkuste Performance after it started running hot. I initially thought it was the radiator, but Kyle and Mike quickly diagnosed the issue as the water pump. They thoroughly assessed my car’s overall mechanical condition, clearly explained what needed immediate attention and what could wait, and provided honest recommendations. In addition to their expertise, Kyle and Mike are genuinely friendly, professional, and passionate about cars. Since moving back to Cleveland this summer, I’ve been looking for a clean, trustworthy shop with knowledgeable people who truly love what they do—Nordkuste Performance is exactly that. Highly recommend!

I took my 20 Audi A3 in for a stage 1 tune and a custom exhaust plus a few more goodies. Mike, and Kyle were extremely knowledgeable and also very open and honest. I WILL be going back for future performance mods. I Highly recommend if you need anything done to your car.

Jan 2025 update: can’t thank Mike enough for getting my 78 superbeetle done for engagement pictures. He went into work Sunday night to finish her up and make sure everything was good to go for Monday photos. I had suffered an engine fire… he went above and beyond to address and potential causes (ie removing fuel tank and cleaning out all sediment. 2 oil changes to ensure all fire retardant was flushed out). He also drove it with me at pickup and took a lot of time out of his day to go over everything in detail with me. Always a pleasure! My fiance and I thank you!!! Great experience with Mike getting my car ready for Mid-Ohio. I appreciate his patience and thoroughness, and will definitely be back. Thanks!

Mike is demonstratively a pro when it comes to it. His resume speaks for itself. I've brought my Volkswagen here several times over the years and Mike is the man I trust to tackle any issue. No nonsense, and he's got a great team of technicians behind him. Very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. It's nice knowing you have a well-versed mechanic and I don't think twice about bringing my car to him.

Excellent 5-star service by Mike and the Nordkuste Performance team on my 2007 BMW Z4 convertible roadster. Needed a starter replaced along with a service plan for a couple of other maintenance items. I towed the car to my long time and original dealership but received an outrageous repair quote. The car would not start so I believe the quote/service was marked-up as a result knowing I was in a tough spot. I then reached out to several reputable BMW and European service garages and dealerships in my area for additional estimates. Nordkuste Performance was highly competitive in comparison on pricing and value for the needed service(s) and significantly less than the original dealership quote. I had the car towed to Nordkuske Performance from the dealership for them to do the work. Mike was outstanding...took the time to talk with me, answer questions, and be honest about what work needed done and what work we did not need to do or could put on a maintenance timeline (more urgent to less urgent). Most appreciated. I've found my new service garage! Thanks to Mike and his team for the great service and fair pricing. I'll be back for my future automotive service needs.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience! From start to finish, working with this performance shop was a breeze. Mike and Kyle were incredibly responsive to all my questions and special requests, and their flexibility with payment made the whole process even smoother. Everything was handled electronically, which made it super convenient, and I was impressed by how quickly everything moved—from ordering the valvetronic exhaust to having it installed on my BMW X5M the very next day after delivery. Even after I picked up the car, I had a few follow-up questions and minor adjustments I wanted to make, and once again, they were quick to accommodate—both with service and pricing. It’s rare to find a shop that goes out of their way to make sure the customer is completely satisfied, but that’s exactly what they did. Mike and Kyle were an absolute pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for any future performance upgrades. Highly recommended!

The first experience I had, my exhaust came loose driving on the highway. I called up Nordkuste and they welcomed a walk-in. The same day it was resolved. Fast forward to the past week, my O2 Sensor on my 2018 Mustang went out on me while I was driving and I knew who my go to was immediately. If you need genuine humility, attention to detail and fast service without skipping steps, these are the guys you want to give your money to. They allowed me to find the sensor for a cheaper price online and they ordered it themselves. Kyle at the front desk is a great guy, the kind you’d let your daughter date. Mike is a craftsman that truly loves & cares about the work he does. Nothing but positive things to say about them both and the team that this business has. God bless this auto shop!

I’ve had a consistently excellent experience here with various german performance cars. Michael and his crew have never let me down and highly recommend them! I’ve always found them to be honest while providing fair pricing and detailed explanations of work. They’ve done a lot of difficult work for me, trust me when I say you won’t find better.

I had work done on both of my bmw last year for the first time and was impressed with the work they did last year so I recently just took it back last week. Did a phenomenal job. Told me what else I needed to fix the price is reasonable and done right thanks a lot Mike and Kyle.
