Great experience in used care purchase at Nissan City with Louis (sales manager) and Robin (finance manager). Picked the car on Sunday and on Monday evening the car was ready for us to take home. The price you see in on their website is the price you pay, no hidden fees and surcharges as is the case at many other dealerships. Highly recommended.

This dealership is now under new Ownership/Management (I guess since August 2021). If you purchased your vehicle prior to that, you purchased it under the pretense that you were receiving a free oil change for the life of the vehicle. That is no longer the case if you come here. While a $39.99 oil change isn't breaking my bank account (and I am very understanding that it is no longer a viable option for this dealership, possibly because of declining sales), it would've been nice if they reached out (via mail, email, text or some other format of communication) to let customers know this. At the very least, tell the old customers when they book an appointment, that it is no longer free so that no one is caught off guard. Honesty is the best policy. It also makes a customer wonder what else they're not transparent about. Very disappointed that, of the two ladies it took to book this oil change appointment, they both failed to mention it.
