For starters let’s say I’m first time customer here. My experience wasn’t great to start, I brought my car for an oil change and they have a 25 point inspection they do. When I picked up my car nothing was mentioned almost no interaction at all but just a hefty $82 dollar oil change. Talk about highway robbery!! First and last time I come here. Save your money other places do the same service and more economical like half the price. By the way it was 4 cylinder Honda. Price gouging at its best!!!!

I have been a loyal customer for a few years now and the pricing has substantially gone up over the years and they are now on average $30-$40 more expensive than nearby competitors but because they’ve had great service & nice facility I kept going back. Today though the staff was rude, inconsiderate, and refused to allow me to purchase a package for 3 discounted oil changes as advertised because they had already generated a ticket for the service. I was told I would have to wait for the next oil change to purchase it with the assumption the promotion would still be running at that time. This promotion would’ve made their pricing a lot more competitive with local shops and been a nice discount for a loyal customer. It could’ve been an easy fix and would’ve kept me returning for my services there. At this point there is no benefit of returning and continuing to overpay. In short don’t advertise promotions if you don’t intend to honor them or next time take the extra minute to just generate a new ticket for a loyal customer

Called at 8:15am to try and make an appointment. Was told I don’t need one and to come on in. I explained I’m an hour away and won’t be there until 9:30 and was told not to worry and still don’t need an appointment. I showed up at 9:30 and was told there in an hour and a half wait because I DIDN’T make an appointment. What a bad experience. I left because I don’t have any more time to waste.

PSA: if you have an older vehicle be aware that their oil change contracts are non-refundable and non- transferable. It’s in there but they certainly don’t make a point of telling you upfront. So if your old car dies and you purchase a new one from their parent company Dover Dodge, the contract is still null and void. No matter that you just paid them over 20K for a newish car or that you paid 170 for the contract and used it only the once. A contract is a contract. Not refundable or transferable. Hope this helps.
