I went to Niel’s for the first time after a couple different “quickie” auto shops failed to identify and advise of issues with my belts and water pump. Niel and his team were able to fit me in quickly while still attending to his long time customers with appointments. They were straightforward about the issues my car was having and completed the repairs at a very good price. I have definitely found my new mechanic.

Niels Auto Service is great. Knowledgeable and professional staff. Easy to get an appointment. Honest and fair pricing. None of the usual attempts to upsell or find additional, unnecessary work on your car. If it's needed, they'll tell you. If it's not, they won't. Fast and efficient and the best deal in town for an oil change.

He took the extra step of bringing in a specialist to ensure my vehicle was back up and running. This level of dedication and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out to me. I met Niel 10 years ago through a local church in Thousand Oaks where his shop use to be located. Niel is an honest man he advised me of an oil leak in my Cadillac DTS that would eventually lead to engine failure. I have been taking all my vehicles with him and never had any issues. I have referred friends and family and they all have had positive experiences with Niel. He recently replaced the transmission and differential on my Cadillac CTS and dealt with the extended warranty company. I just got new tires from Niel for my Lexus ES300. The shop hours are accommodating to my schedule. There is a new rewards program that allows you save points and redeem on services. Always a great experience; Thanks Niel for keeping my Cadillac on the road.

A friend of mine highly recommended Niel when he learned that I needed to get my car Smogged for my license registration renewal. I called Neil early in the morning, just after he opened, to see whether he could get me in today and whether I needed an appointment. He told me to just bring my car in any time and they would take care of me. I got there a little while later. Niel was very friendly and accommodating, and they performed the smog procedure and had me out the door in a very short time. I highly recommend them.
