Was hit by a drunk driver and never been in an accident before. I had no idea how to even handle any of these things I was nervous to say the least. Next level made this process from A-Z so easy for me, great communication and customer service. They took care of the insurance adjusters and rental stuff for me. Picked up my car and am so happy with the results. I got my baby back like new!!! Will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing body work. Thanks again guys🙏🏼

It was years ago that I had work done by this company, I finally found their business card in one of my old jackets and the nightmare of dealing with these guys came flooding back. All I'll say, is that all the 1 star ratings and comments these guys received is well deserved. It took over a month for me to get back my car and when I finally got it back it some parts, such as my muffler, seemed very different than the one that was on there before hand, and I didn't need any work done on my exhaust system. Based on the recent positive comments I hope that they've changed a bit, but this is one company where I would not trust their honesty or integrity, too shady for my comfort level.

I got into an accident and had to get body work done on my car. When I brought my car to the place and explained what happened, they took care of almost all the work. They called the insurance company for me since we had to go through the other person's insurance, they gave me a time line on when to expect things done, they took all the pictures needed, etc. When the insurance sent in an estimate, they started working on my car. Took the about 5 days to fix everything. When I got my car back, it didn't even look like I was in any accident at all! Will go back for any other work needed, and will highly recommend to all my friends & family.
