Newparts Introduce

Newparts, located at 231 Hogan Rd, Gordonsville, TN 38563, USA, operates within the platform category of Auto Repair Stations, focusing on providing auto parts for sale to local users and potentially automotive service professionals. As an auto parts store, Newparts aims to supply the necessary components for vehicle repair and maintenance. Understanding the environment, services (in terms of product offerings and delivery), features, and customer experiences is crucial for local users considering Newparts for their automotive part needs.

Information regarding the physical environment of Newparts is limited based on the provided data, which primarily consists of customer reviews related to online orders and shipping. As an auto parts store with a physical address, it likely includes a retail or warehouse space for storing and distributing automotive parts. The environment would typically be organized to facilitate the efficient retrieval and shipment of orders. While local pickup might be an option, the reviews focus on the experience of receiving parts via mail, suggesting a significant portion of their business involves online orders and delivery.

The primary service offered by Newparts is the sale and distribution of auto parts. The positive review mentions the arrival of KYB front shock assemblies, indicating that they stock and ship suspension components. The fact that these parts "fit perfectly" suggests that Newparts provides compatible parts for specific vehicle makes and models. The mention of "great price and fast shipping" highlights key aspects of their service that appeal to customers seeking both affordability and timely delivery of their required parts.

However, a contrasting negative review details a significantly different experience. This customer ordered struts and reported receiving them in boxes that appeared to have been previously opened and tampered with, with remnants of a removed return label. The customer's attempt to address this issue with the company via email resulted in a response that the packaging might have been done by the manufacturer, which the customer found unconvincing given the evidence of tampering. This raises concerns about the quality control processes at Newparts regarding the condition of the products shipped to customers.

The negative reviewer's insistence that a "brand new part... should receive the part in its original box, untampered with" is a reasonable expectation for any customer purchasing new automotive components. The experience described suggests a potential lack of attention to detail in order fulfillment or a possible issue with the handling of returned or previously opened items. The customer's decision to proceed with the installation due to time constraints, despite their concerns, does not negate the negative experience with the initial product presentation.

Based on these mixed reviews, the features of Newparts are somewhat contradictory. The positive review suggests features such as a wide selection of auto parts (specifically shocks), competitive pricing ("great price"), and efficient shipping ("fast shipping"). These are positive attributes that can attract customers looking for convenience and value. However, the negative review introduces concerns about product quality control and the handling of new versus potentially returned items. The perceived lack of adequate customer service in addressing the issue of tampered packaging is also a significant point of concern.

The missing information includes details about any warranties offered on the parts sold, the range of auto parts available (beyond struts and shocks), the availability of local pickup, the return policy (from the perspective of a successful return), and any specific promotional offers. Without this information, local users have a limited view of the overall customer experience and the full scope of what Newparts provides.

Currently, there is no promotional information available in the provided data. Auto parts stores often have sales on specific parts, offer discounts for online orders, or provide free shipping over a certain order value. Local users interested in purchasing from Newparts may want to visit their website (if available) or contact them directly via phone at (855) 505-2886 or +1 855-505-2886 to inquire about any ongoing promotions or discounts on the specific parts they need.

In conclusion, Newparts, operating as an Auto Repair Station by providing auto parts for sale in Gordonsville, TN, presents a mixed picture based on the limited customer reviews. While one customer reported a positive experience with product fit, pricing, and shipping speed for shock assemblies, another customer detailed a negative experience involving tampered packaging and unsatisfactory customer service regarding new struts. These contrasting accounts highlight the importance for local users to consider both the potential benefits of price and shipping speed and the potential risks associated with product condition and customer support. Without further information on their policies, product range, and overall customer service practices, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive and uniformly positive introduction. Potential customers should weigh the reported positive and negative experiences and consider contacting Newparts directly to clarify any concerns and gather more information before making a purchase. The discrepancy in customer experiences underscores the need for caution and thorough investigation before relying on Newparts for their auto part needs.

Newparts Customer Reviews

The worst experience I ever had. I ordered four struts for my 2009 Honda Accord. Once I received the parts, they were inside boxes that were previously open and had a return label removed and part of it left on the box. I contacted the company by email explaining the situation and including several pictures of those boxes. What I received back was an email telling me that Monroe may have taped it that way. And they assured me the parts are new as if I'm an idiot or a person has no eyes or no common sense. I took several pictures and sent it to them. It is clearly those boxes had been tampered with. Since I'm short on time and I have to put those struts on the car because I can't wait 12 days to have them returned and pay my customer car rental for the delay. I would never use this company no matter what. That's my own opinion. I believe When a customer orders a brand new part, he or she should receive the part in its original box, untampered with.

Ordered oil and filter for my Shelby GT500. No issues and fast shipping. I did however order 8 NGK spark plugs at a fantastic price. It said they were in stock but they were not. They did inform me and refunded my money. No issues here either. So far I would use again.

Find another merchant or throw your money away. Shipped a different part than described and pictured on their website. The part I received did not have rear defrost and product image and description stated “Rear Defroster” (see pics). Customer service made a list of requests in order to be able to return part. All requests were completed including pictures and screenshots. They will not refund my purchase and shipping costs. This should be a very simple fix. Nope!

Terrible service and Fake replica parts. I ordered these shocks a month ago, I noticed when doing my brakes that the rear shock is blown already and leaking. I reached out for support, and have been told that these shocks do not have any more than a 30-day warranty. Today is day 31 since the parts arrived. But as you can imagine, that is not the day they were installed. The parts have not even been on my truck a full 30 days. Even worse for this specific part number AC Delco offers a 24-month unlimited mile warranty. So either the seller just does not want to engage in properly dealing with a warranty, or the more likely answer is that they are selling fake replica parts. I've noticed when writing the Amazon review that a lot of the photos have AC Delco branding on the shock base, my shocks have no such thing. Absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your money.
