I was referred to Newby's by someone who brings their car here for service. My stepson has a 20 year old Toyota SUV which was not in great shape. So, we brought it in and my husband was communicating with Craig on what needed to be fixed. We took care of the initial items, but unfortunately, the car needed more repairs. They were able to diagnose A/C, radiator, and a host of other issues. In total, I think we spent about $2-3k. So, I call this car Mr. Potato head because it looked like it was pieced together with a different color hood and parts. And Mr. Potato head made it to Oregon to visit family and back to Las Vegas after the repairs. When it came back, the last item that was recommended was a timing belt, but we no longer wanted to invest anymore into the car. My stepson decided to pass on making the repair at the time, and drove it all the way to Missouri, where he now lives. The car still runs and takes him back and forth to work. Thanks to Newby's, Mr. Potato head went from barely running to at least having A/C and making it across the country 2x! They also have a year warranty on their work and will answer questions anytime. Good guys and great service.

Got my truck leveled with new coilovers. My decision to get what i want, and Newbys was imperative in my ultimate happiness. Great work with attention to my end result. Will be back for the rear shocks.

Took my Car in for unknown engine noise, Newby’s was able to diagnose the problem and did not charge me for this service. I will go back again whenever I require work on my vehicles

I took my car to Newby's due to a loud squealing sound that was getting worse. Despite my clear description of the issue, they claimed they couldn’t hear anything when they drove it and said there was no problem. They didn’t make any effort to find the source of the noise or provide any solution. After leaving my car with them several times, I expected a thorough inspection, but it’s clear they didn’t take my concern seriously. When I picked up the car, the squealing sound was still there, just as bad as before. They were no help at all and seemed uninterested in fixing the problem. I wasted time and way too much money here and would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable, competent service. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Edit: My grandfather is the one in the database as he was the one to help me with my car troubles. We brought my car in months ago and my grandfather was charged for an oil change (which was fine) and "new belts" which was what you guys came to the conclusion of being wrong with my car. (even though you claimed you did not hear the noise for yourselves) So you couldn't hear the noise, but you changed a part that you "thought" would be the right fix, but it wasn't? Even with the belts changed, my car started squealing again a day after, which obviously means that wasn't the right fix. I have now had my mechanic try to fix the installment of belts as they were not put on correctly either, and also fix the squealing in my car which actually ended up having nothing to do with the belts that got changed. I just wanted to make sure I left my review so people could be aware of my HORRIBLE experience. And no, I will not be calling, I do not want to do service with people who don't know what they are doing, and I no longer trust you with my car. Sorry not sorry❤️

We had just started our trip back to Phoenix after a nice few days in Las Vegas when the check engine light came on and our Sonata lost significant power. Newby's was the third place we called and they looked at the car immediately once we got there. They quickly diagnosed the problem (fuel pump), and once the parts were delivered they had the work done in no time. Excellent communication throughout our ordeal, and saved us from having to wait for a repair somewhere else and extend our stay. Highly recommended!
