Overpriced rip off quoted me double compared to other shops within a few mile radius. This explains why the shop owner had no work just chilling. Even told me I will find a cheaper shop he was right. Cheaper with better reviews and quality compared to this shop. Thanks for nothing

I took my Toyota to New Sound Wave Shop to have an alarm system installed, and it turned into a nightmare. Within a month, the alarm started malfunctioning—**locking me out of my car randomly** and **draining the battery** without warning. Some days it works; most days it doesn’t. When I returned with receipts to ask for a replacement or repair, the owner **refused to take responsibility** and became **aggressively rude and unprofessional**. Instead of addressing the clear defect in their installation or product, he dismissed my concerns, argued with me, and even told me to **“get lost”** while stating he **“didn’t want my business anymore.”** No apology, no effort to fix their shoddy work—just disrespect and hostility. **Save your time and money.** This shop delivers unreliable products, zero accountability, and appalling customer service. I’ll never return, and neither should you.

We stumbled across this body shop and I'm so thankful we did. Integrity, Integrity & Integrity! I'm so thankful to Daniel and his team. We had a very complicated situation traveling from California back to Florida. We didn't know if it was going to be possible because my significant other oxygen needs. Anyone else would have just taken our money these guys made sure we were well taken care of. I pray that God continues to bless Daniel and his team 🌟🙏🏼🌟 its truly hard to find people that care for all that right reason. Thank you

horrible prices went in for a new sound system but they wanted close to 1000 dollars ...I ended going back just for a kill switch install which was over 100 bucks....after my car was service my kill switch was disabled so I went back for a reinstall or repair. he quoted my 50$ so when I returned for the work to be done the price had went up to $75 dollars...don't waste your time hd car stereo a couple miles down had way better prices, personnel and job well done Danny, I find your response both unprofessional and insulting. First of all, I was not aware about the intricacies of the kill switch installation, which is why my mechanic had to spend extra time disabling it. It has cost me additional time and money. I understand that you run a business, but your dismissive attitude and refusal to take any responsibility for the confusion is unacceptable, Your flippant remark about not giving away your labor and time is condescending and uncalled for. Your lack of customer service and unwillingness to address legitimate concerns shows a blatant disregard for your clients. Suggesting that I don't come back to your shop is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Businesses thrive on repeat customers and referrals, but with this kind of attitude, I doubt you'll see much of either. In the future, I suggest you learn to handle customer complaints with a bit more tact and professionalism. Your current approach is not only offensive but also damaging to your reputation.

I have been a customer for 26 years. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the owner and his different installers. I’m bummed to read there were a couple of negative reviews. Paul, the owner, couldn’t be a nicer man. He will do everything in his power to make sure you leave happy. *There does seem to be a sense of customer entitlement these days and Amazon always has something cheaper than the small business owner. It can be hard to compete sometimes but for the couple of dollars you might save on Amazon you will definitely make it up with their expertise. I have built 2 show cars with them and I have had them install full systems in 9 of my cars over the years. For the last couple years they have expanded into window tint and did a wonderful job on my Honda. I highly recommend them to my friends and family and have for over 25 years!
