Waste of time! Do not bother coming to this location and get your car fixed! Especially inspection! They try to fail your vehicle and fix other problems! I wanted to make sure, and it is always to have a second option! In the end, there were no issues with my car and go it passed! I highly do not recommend it unless you want to waste your money! Zero Stars!!!

Do not get your catalytic converter or any major part worked on at this shop. On August 4th they replaced my catalytic converter with one that was not meant for my model car. Not only was it mismatched it was also installed incorrectly and thus made a grinding noise as I accelerated. I went back and they moved the catalyst further up. A week later my car dies on the highway in NJ. Took it to another mechanic who informed me that there were many loose pieces and wires that had melted because they were not placed back in correct position and caused some short circuits. Now, almost 7 weeks later the catalytic converter is failing again. I call the shop and they adamantly deny having ever made any mistakes when they originally fixed the catalytic converter. The 566$ I paid them for the job has now costed me another $1100 in towing and repairs. Avoid this place or you will regret it later!!!! Update: turns out the mismatched converter was actually welded together from components of other salvaged converters which is why it died two months later...

(Friday May 17th 2019) I brought my 2002 Volvo S40 in for an oil leak in the variable valve timing belt system. After inspection, Gerardo, the owner, accepted the job and told me it would take four hours. I agreed and waited for the car. Before leaving for the day, he told me my car would be ready in twenty minutes. He wrote a receipt for me and I paid $900 cash for the job. I then waited another hour to be told that a bearing in the pulley was broken and my car wouldn’t be ready until two days after (Monday). I was not able to go to work the following day. (Saturday May 18th 2019) 1447 Power Muffler called and said my car was ready. I went all the the way to the Bronx from New Jersey to pick up my car. I had to pay another $200 for the pulley to be fixed. (Sunday May 19th) on my way to work, the check engine light came on and all the oil drained out of my car. I had to have it towed home. (Monday May 20th 2019) I will be calling the shop to find out what they did to my car. This has been a complete nightmare. I do not recommend this shop for anything. Not even an oil change.
