I have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with Neil's Automotive. I have been going to Neil for the past two years to service and repair my cars. Whether they are simple tasks like changing oil or changing tires, or more complex repairs he dealt with after an accident I was involved in, I was extremely pleased with the outcome. Neil was diligent with all aspects of the job on his end and mine always having things done in a timely and efficient manner. Neil and all his employees were nothing short of helpful, kind, and accomodating with any and all of the services they have performed on my cars. Neil is a pleasure to deal with, and I would happily recommend him for any car repair related needs.

I brought my daughters car to Neil for brakes because she is leaving for college this weekend and she said her brakes were making a loud noise. He called me at work in the late morning and said they checked the front and back brakes and they were fine and that the noise was from a bad adjuster on the emergancy brake. When I went to pick up the car Neil told me he went over everything on the car to make sure it would be safe for my daughter since she would be away at school. He told me to give him $25 to cover his time and to bring it back when there was something actually wrong. I have been bringing my cars to Neil for many years now, and it is a shame that these small "neighborhood" shops are being forced out of business by the large chain stores. I have recomended Neil to numerous friends overthe years and they are now all loyal customers.

I drop the car off and two days later I get a call from Mike saying that my car was ready to get picked up. I went down there and I saw my car sitting there. I made my way around the car to see how it looked, and I was shocked. It looked brand new. There was no way you can tell that my car was in an accident. I just wanted to say thank you to the crew at Neil's Automotive Inc. I will definitely be a returning customer and I recommend everybody who needs body work done to go there.
