Wasn't too bad, was kinda tight backing into dock, you can park there overnight, I showed up 5:30 am for a 10:00 am appt time, checked in at 8 and was in a given dock, make sure you put that wheel chock down or else the dock plate won't go down, only took em alittle over an hour and I was done, nice folks
