I can’t say enough good things about Napa. The repairs done on my 2019 Honda Pilot was the second encounter I have had with them. The first time was when I had my Kia. I was unaware that there was a new owner when I called before an estimate on my Pilot, but I still had a great experience. Even with having multiple vehicles in their shop, they got me taken care of as quick as they could, got the parts ordered and delivered before my insurance had sent over what they needed to. So they were ready to put on my car as soon as we got the green light. They are great at communication, they don’t leave you hanging and unanswered voicemails. We don't trust anyone else with our car repairs. As owners of a car rental business, we occasionally have vehicles involved in accidents—ranging from minor damage to major collisions—and this shop has handled it all for us. They've managed smaller repairs under $500 and even a major job that ran close to $12,000, which gives you an idea of the range and severity of work they can take on. What really sets them apart is how well they advocate for us with insurance companies. They never proceed with work without first confirming if we’ll be paying out of pocket or waiting on insurance approvals, which gives us peace of mind and total transparency. It took us nearly two years to find a repair shop we could truly rely on, and now we won’t go anywhere else. Our only wish is that they could work on Teslas too! ;)
