Mike and Sam were really great people and they made my experience really smooth. They quickly identified the issue with my car and fixed it. Their team is friendly and very knowledgeable. They even showed me the issue before just taking my info & keys to work on it. They really took the time out to explain to me what all was going on and why. I bought a car from the dealership there and used Ram for repairs, including some warranty work. The first time was a battery replacement as it had died almost immediately after buying the car, and while the battery was replaced at no cost, the mechanic had to remove a wheel to access the battery, and didn't tighten the lugs nuts very well, leaving my tire loose. Months later I had a separate issue, and while THAT issue was fixed under warranty I paid for some other work that wasn't covered. I was told it would be ready "tomorrow" every time I asked but it was weeks, when a simple "few days" could have saved me a lot of money on paying for rides when I could have rented a car. After getting the car back, AGAIN the lug nuts were loose on one of my wheels, this time loosening enough for my tire to start wobbling and break a wheel stud, which I refused to let them touch at that point. This was a couple of years ago, and now parts they replaced that SHOULD be absolutely fine still have failed again, and according to a different shop was due to, you guessed it, not being tightened properly. If you buy from the dealership, do yourself a favor and just pay for your own repairs at a shop you trust. They also use EasyPay for financing, which isn't under their control but is a massively predatory lender that will always find a way to slap you with insane interest charges.

I have been going to this place for a few years. The staff are absolutely awesome and legit. Very friendly and fair with pricing. This company strives to create loyal and returning customers. If you’re a woman looking for a nice mechanic that doesn’t overcharge you, look no further. I have been bringing in my 2010 dodge journey. The car was a wreck when I first bought it but with the help of these guys, it has became a much more reliable car for me and I never got overcharged.
