Ordered parts, was reassured I would have them next day, got no call or update and parts didn't arrive. Had to reschedule my mechanic appointment and my day's schedule. Came to another Napa and they did what they said they would do. Picking up the parts now. You let me down Chris and team. This other store gets the 5 stars that should've been yours.

Called in to see if they could charge and test a battery, and they said sure. Got the battery there and they said they couldn't charge a dead battery and the battery was garbage. Glad I didn't listen to them because I charged the battery and it works great now. Saved myself a nice stack of cash by not listening to them.
