This used to be my favorite place. I have 3 motorcycles, 2 ATVs, a 4WD truck and a sedan. They were always helpful and pleasant. Today I come in and you could cut the tension with a knife. Today was an unpleasant experience and I won't be back. They did have what I need, I'm guessing - because I bought an item, but not really sure it's right and of course the new manager is no help. Apparently the employee - who was previously helpful - wasn't allowed to help or something. Not sure what their drama is, but I'm not coming back as long as that manager is there.

Walked in, circled up to counter, no other customers inside, spoke to clerk, not on phone, not on computer, no response, no acknowledgment, 3 feet away, face to face. I laughed and said allrighteythen out loud, continued my circle right back out the door I came in. Wow. There are two other auto parts stores about 1 mile away. I can't be the only one.

I seldom leave negative reviews but this place is bad. They don't follow through on orders they put my order on the shelf and never told me or my mechanic the parts had arrived. And not just one time they repeat this over and over. Sad...
