Terrible customer service. One time I stood around for over 20mins, no one even acknowledged my existence. So I started ordering online, that turned out to be a joke too. Places order in the evening.I don't get any notifications that my order is ready for pick up. I go to the store the following evening. They pull my order and as I'm standing at the counter my phone blows up with notifications that just order is being pulled, then it's ready for pick up. Really? As a corporate store you should really be doing better. Your staff is not friendly, not approachable. They look pissed off every time I go there. Come on Napa, do better!

Just left this place. We waited at the counter with no help. A bunch of people were in the upstairs office and ignored us. They even closed the door after we looked there. Called out pretty loudly to the people in the back wandering around. Ignored again. Save yourself a trip and head to Advance Auto parts across the street. They helped us immediately and were super friendly!

Ordered a battery online and had a great experience! I think Andres was the one who helped me, he ran an alternator test and installed my new battery - quick and pleasant experience.

Great store, knowledgeable staff, very good quality products. Only disadvantage is that they do not keep records of your purchases by name or phone number for warrantees like all other parts stores. So, be sure to keep your receipts if you buy any parts that have a warrantee!
