Mechanics at TA wanted me to special order a 5" heater hose that was slightly molded. Wait 3 days pay $56.. F ALL THAT!! I looked up Napa here in Bloomsburg PA. bobtailed over to Napa and nice older gentleman (didn't get his name) matched my damaged hose almost to the T! Whatever that means?? I mean it was exact match! No waiting 3 days, No paying Outrageous prices from Peterbuilt! I mean at least try and help me TA Yahoos!!! I spend a lot of money in fuel and store at TA and Petro, the least you could have done is said, "I'll try", like employee at Napa... He not only tried but succeeded!!! Thank you Cool dude at Napa!!!

I had a piece I needed to return because I didn’t need it and had my receipt and they denied me to get back my refund what a joke this place has. autozone don’t do that they respect their customers. Shame on you bloomsburg Napa your never getting my business others beware.

The best Napa in the area. the staff is old school and has been there a long time. they know what they are doing and it makes getting parts easy. I live closer to the berwick location but I take the extra drive to this one just because it's so much better.

I like supporting a locally owned business. But after numerous attempts to open an account there for my farm I'm giving up. The first time I asked I was told that I needed an EIN to fill out a tax exempt form, despite the fact that I (and probably most farmers) use my SSN at dozens of other businesses. I was also told that it had to be for a "legitimate" business as if he didn't think I was a legitimate business. I have been filing a schedule f for at least a dozen years. I was eventually given a form to fill out. Filled it out but never heard anything back so I asked again and was told I had to go online. Filled out the online application and never heard anything back. I asked again and they gave me a number to call. After being on hold a while the operator who I could barely understand told me I had to call a different number. After being on hold for 20 minutes with that number I gave up. It may be due more to corporate policy than the local store, but they've lost my business.
