Hands down most understanding people! They were so helpful and knowledgeable. This would definitely be the go to place. I’m pretty sure he was the manager but he’s very resourceful and very polite.

Very rude employees. Couldn't be bothered to greet me to ask if I needed help, and I'm the only customer in the store. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that's eager to help and make you feel comfortable spending your cash

I have bought from this store a few times in the past. The parts are good and I don’t usually complain. I ordered rotor’s online and it wasn’t giving me an option to pick up in store. The rotors arrived(shipped) next day and the box was broken and the rotor was showing. It also had marks on it. I bought the premium rotor with coating on it so I called the store and told them I wanted to exchange one rotor. He checked the inventory and told me to come. When i went the older guy told me there is nothing wrong with the rotor. Then after a few times of repeating the same, he told me he doesn’t have the part in-store. Then when I told him I confirmed before coming he told me he cannot exchange because there is nothing wrong with the rotor. I told him I don’t feel comfortable putting something I paid a premium for that has scratches and the box is ripped. He refused to exchange it and told me we don’t have it in-store. I told him to return it then because I did’t want to keep it anymore. He was refusing to return it too. Saying your issue is with ups. Bro like wth. I told him of my right to return within 30 days and then he finally asked for the receipt. I was so upset at that point I told him to wait a second. I went to the car got all the rotors and told him to return them all. He silently went inside and got the replacement rotor and only said have a good night. Worst customer service. The guy lied to my face and was rude. Never going back. If it’s perfectly fine please put them on your car.
