Deceptive practices, bait and switch - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - they sold me an 84-month warranty battery, then after they sold it to me, the battery died and they told me they switched the warranty and won't cover it, barely halfway through warranty period. On top of that horrible attitude and they couldn't care less if I was satisfied.

Unbelievably rude the second I walked in. Two men at the front looked me dead in the eye and ignored my question of where a certain oil was right off the bat. Then continued to be racist towards a door dash worker in the store simply just trying to get a signature. The rude NAPA worker yelled at him and said “I ain’t touching your phone” when he clearly NEEDED a signature to complete his door dash order. He then slapped his phone with his little tech pen. The door dash worker couldn’t speak english very well, to which the NAPA worker said to my face “welcome to America” I was in shock and didn’t even respond but i should’ve. I am a brown woman and that was so disrespectful and disgusting of him to say to me, a customer in his store. Don’t go here. I don’t know the workers name but he was a bigger white guy. I would like to contact the company to complete an actual report.

Went there today around 11/11:30 needing a new car battery and when I got there and was checking out the kid checking me out brought it out and set it on the floor. I then asked if they install the batteries as I didn’t have tools and the kid and other man behind the counter were silent? I then said well I’m gonna have to hold off on the transaction and if they knew if OReillys or Advanced Auto installs batteries with purchase. The older overweight man with glasses finally opens his mouth and said, “I don’t know, I don’t work there.” Thanks for the help guys. Stay miserable... Needless to say spent 151 dollars on a battery and installation at Advanced Auto on Randall road shortly after leaving and Steve was more than happy to put it in and make sure everything was good.
