I needed Front Brake pads for my dodge charger so I decided to visit this Napa location. Upon entering the store I stood in a empty line & was never greeted. Once the worker noticed me standing there he greeted me by asking if i was door dash. You can't welcome me into your store but you can ask if I am door dash. To make sure I got the right part, I asked the worker if he could help me find the best brake pads for my car. Being that the store was entirely empty, I asked if the worker could help me check if my rotors were bad. He proceeded to tell me no & gave me no information on how to know if i needed replacements or not. Finally after purchasing and leaving the store to install the part. I found that the worker also gave me the wrong size brake pads. I went to the store on 2/2 to return the item for a refund. It is currently 2/5 & i haven't yet received my money back. This store has given me the worse service I could ever have while visiting an auto part store. To be honest I felt discriminated against due to the color of my skin. I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND not visiting this location. Not worth the head ache or the time. Auto zone is 10 times better and very friendly and open to all races. I would provide a name of the worker but I left before asking.

These guys are great!! They offer service very professional every single time.. They have stock 99% of the time if they do not have it, it's not a problem to get what you need if it's early in the morning the same day most of the time, if not they can have just about any part the next day!! Kudos to this location as I/we use it regularly we have an account for work and I'm always a happy customer

What good are these people ..napa,oreilly, autozone..they suck .. they don't carry older vehicles parts... and the workers are clueless
