Have used Minerva NAPA for forty years with different owners of course..today needed a battery.. clerk asked if I was a veteran I said no but was a retired police officer forty years..no response from her..guess my service in Minerva doesn't count for anything...but AAA would have..the young boy working beside her told me it was illegal to impersonate a police officer..I showed him the badge I wore for the forty two years of my service...

always willing to help you out with the problem will go outside help you install something if they can they have tools there on location to loan you if you don't have the right tools for a job. Seems like pretty competitive prices to.

Friendly staff eager to help and knowledgeable. I bought a earshot indicator lightbulb for 1/3 the price as other part store competition. Also they price matched the dielectric grease.

Always have the stuff ya need in stock fittings. Nuts,bolts 🔩hoses, clamps that noone else has or if they do they are junk napa I'd say is a little more to the point than the big o or that one place that has no business selling auto parts of any kind I think it's autozonedoutondope it's in minerva,oh.
