NAPA Auto Parts - AutoPartsPros (LA203)

Accessibility: parking lot lit after dark with orange lights. Door to enter is a push/pull door. Experience: I wish they had more employees because you have a wait a while to speak to the employee or buy something with only one worker, but it's okay because it's still good to support a local business. The man who works here is really nice though.

Never had a slower experience at any auto part store. Also never been to any store that physically takes my credit card to enter the information manually, prints out a paper receipt then has me insert my card in the other keypad to then enter my pin? Seems strange. Even worse it took 45 minutes for me to get 1 oil filter and 1 air filter, both of witch were the incorrect part and had to return to the store to return the incorrect parts. To return anything at this store you undergo the same process as buying, it’s about 15 minutes to do. All in all I just wanted to buy material to change my oil on a small car and it took about 2 hours to get the material. I ended up going to autozone a few hundred yards away and was in and out with the right parts in 5 minutes

I like this store and it's great to have an auto parts store in our small town. I found most prices to be fairly in-line with other auto parts stores. They had items I needed for a Ford tractor that other places might not have carried. Some pricing is a little high as far as I'm concerned but when you can't wait for an online purchase and don't want to drive 30 minutes or more away then it's very convenient to have in our area.

I had a hose to my turbo engine disconnect on the way up the hill and Valley Center in 105-degree Heat and the guy that was helping me inside of Napa was so awesome he actually brought some tools out and help me tighten the belt and put it back on and I'm I really appreciated his help considering I was stuck without him. I tipped him a few dollars but I would have paid a whole lot more to have my car fixed in that time. They were very helpful and I was very very appreciative of everything that they did for me that day. I highly recommend this Napa they went above and beyond to help me out and I've never had that at any other parts store before. He helped me without acting annoyed he brought tools out made two trips to the car to make sure he had the right bolts and really took a few minutes just to help me out. I appreciate it that they went above and beyond that day.

3 Guys working at UNKNOWN and Only ONE Guy at counter for Phone and Customers!! Couldn't get thru by phone after Please Hold, 20 Minutes later, tried calling and went to busy after 5 rings, B.S. Went in to pick up Online order, They had to order which was not specified Online?? $5 bucks off for a One Item, $15 dollar Order Though! Was a 93 Ranger 3-Hole Oblong Cat Gasket, strange they take the 5 bucks off after Taxing Item, HMMM???

I placed an order for what I was assured was a new part, and the staff even took a few days to get it to me. They charged me the full price as if it were a brand-new part, but when I received it, it was a clearly reconstructed part. They ripped me off for nearly $200, selling me something that wasn’t what I paid for. The staff at this place is untrustworthy and deceptive, clearly tricking customers into paying for things they don’t get. On top of that, they’re incredibly lazy and seem to have zero interest in doing their job. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
