I ordered a pcv valve and got busy. I never got a call saying it was there. About a week goes by and I went in and they said they sent it back. They were rude and uncaring. I had him order it again, but I ended up getting it from somewhere else because I went into to town unexpectedly anyways. I never got a call saying the second time it arrived either. I went to the napa in scott city today and asked how long they hold an ordered part for and he said typically a week or two. I explained what happened and he pointed to a guy and said he works at the chaffee location. He began talking with me about it. Everything was my fault and with attitude. I explained why I think a week is reasonable time to hold it, a reminder phone call would be nice. And he was mad and shouted you made me order it again and didn't pick it up the second time either. I said we'll I didn't get a phone call either time. He shouted back I never got a phone call from you either! I am busy, I work 7 days a week between my day job and mechanic work, a reminder phone call especially when they are about to send the part back is not unreasonable to ask for. By the way, I got the part from [competitor] for 25% of the price. Done with napa, you can keep your cranky staff, but it's not the best for the business

I've never been to a store that has all of ur auto parts and tools like NAPA does. I been going to the Napa store in my hometown for going on 3 yrs and not one time have I been there and not gotten what I came for. Excellent store and I give them an A+ for taking care of me.
