Mustang Dynamometer

We negotiated hard for a Mustang Dynamometer with the Mustang sales reps at the Performance Racing Industry tradeshow in Indianapolis in 2019 and although we got a great show price, we still couldn't buy one. When we were finally able to make the purchase in 2020, the VP of Sales honored our out-of-date quote. After that, the company trainer came out to train us and the company lent us installation tools. We have had connectivity issues on our end, have needed software updates, again on our end, and software patches that Mustang sent. None of our problems have seemed outrageous, and we get immediate support any time we need it, even at midnight on the weekend. Literally. The hardware has worked flawlessly. Now in 2023, after moving locations and moving the dyno ourselves and setting it back up, we've only ever had to perform normal maintenance. We have been very glad to have purchased the specific Mustang Dynamometer brand of dyno, proud to offer the "heart breaker" services of our Mustang Dynamometer, and grateful to receive the services of the folks at Mustang Dynamometer. We plan to upgrade our dyno services, and when we do, we will get another Mustang Dynamometer. Mustang numbers are real numbers and these "Truth Teller" dynos are the best there is.

I have had three Mustang dynos. The Newest Holeshot dyno has been very unreliable and has little support behind it. It has left us stranded and unuseable countless times. We were promised a bunch of things the new Holeshot would do and Mustang never pulled through on their end. Cancelling features, giving us the wrong dyno upon driving 3700 miles to pick it up. The new Holeshot has less useability, less reliability and in general has been a huge headache. Lots of salesmen hype and no action. Slowly hurting our reputation as a shop by failing to work and lack of tech support.

Bought dyno from these guys, installed dyno, used it about 4 times, then broke, waited days after to repair, broke again, dyno has nothing but issues and customer service never calls back (ed) or (kyle) very poor customer service, last time tech came out to repair dyno, (travis) says wow dude they sold you wrong dyno. you will always be having issues this dyno is way over powered. Now mustang wont stand behind this mess. dealing with it since bought. nothing but issues. Will recommend to no one to buy any of these dynos. very poor customer service. and don't stand behind there equipment, steer away from doing business with this company. You will regret every minute of it.

Have owned and operated a Mustang AWD-500 dynamometer for over 10 years now. Bought it new and it has performed flawlessly for our shop. Its' is a workhorse and can take anything thrown at it. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a quality Dynamometer to give them a call. Customer service is great as well Ed and the crew are always availiable to help with any questions.

Bought a 2wd dyno from them in 2007 and a AWD in 2014. Both have been great dynos to say the least. No mechanical or electrical issues out of either. Just lubbed and calibrated. Used on a daily basis.
