This has been the best car-repair service experience I’ve ever had. Having issues with your car is always stressful, but the communication, professionalism, and quality of service I received at Murphy’s Autocare made me feel so much better about the situation. It was reassuring to get appt confirmations and text updates, with access to a full report on my vehicle. Levon was great at explaining the work that needed done. And my jeep was repaired ahead of schedule. This shop sets a new standard on how car repair should be done. Would highly recommend!

If you're a female you know the stress of finding a new mechanic after moving to a new location, just hoping and praying that they'll be honest with you and not take advantage of you. I admit I am quite oblivious and ignorant when it comes to cars, and this has led to me being taken advantage of before, but I was very happy with Murphy's Autocare! I was not expecting such a thorough inspection on my car after asking about getting a single concern addressed, but they treated my car like their own and made certain everything was looked at and evaluated, not just what I was concerned about. They also provided photo evidence for EVERYTHING, the diagnosed issue and the inspection overall, which I really appreciated. They found that my issue was with my braking system (I originally thought it was a transmission issue), and quoted me a little over $2000 for new front brake pads, rotors, calipers, and brake hoses for the front of my car. This price also included a $220 diagnostic fee for the initial transmission concern, a premium brake system service to remove all the old and contaminated brake fluid, and the cleaning and adjustment of my rear drum brakes. My car runs like new and I able to come to a stop so much quicker and smoothly now! I was also pleasantly surprised when they asked me to drive my car around with the mechanic that was servicing my vehicle to try and replicate the issue I had originally stated having. I was uncertain about it actually being a brake issue that was causing such bad shuttering when accelerating and they, themselves, couldn't replicate the shuddering while test driving it. They made certain to explain how the brakes overheating and the warped rotors could cause such bad shuddering during acceleration and showed me where my brakes were 350°F after a short drive around the block with photos to quell my uncertainty and anxiety for repairing something I hadn't realized needing fixing or related to what I thought was a transmission issue at first. Something else they offer that not many other shops do are rental cars! I had an issue with the first rental car they gave me, but they immediately took care of me and supplied me with a different rental car after I called them with my concerns. They even came to pick me up and take me back to their office to get the second car after needing the first one towed back to their shop after hours. They then took care of the rental fee for the entire three days my car was in the shop as an apology for the issue with the first rental car! I will admit, they are a bit more pricy than other shops, but I am aware that that is to be expected for the level of knowledge, professionalism, and customer service they provide. You pay for quality, not time, with Murphy's Autocare. I was told that the brake job was a bit higher than other shops would charge by a friend who, admittedly, knows a lot more about cars than me, but I was fine with paying a bit extra for high quality service and a lasting repair. Repairs also come with a 30,000 mile or 3 year warranty, which is amazing! I've certainly found my new mechanic for as long as I'm in the Beavercreek area! Thank you a bunch to Murphy's Autocare!

I highly recommend Murphy's. The employees are so friendly and I could tell they have pride in their work. I have had to bring my car twice now for repairs. For both times, they shuttled me to/fro work and home. Second time they could not work on my car due to backlog but they sent my car over to their Centerville location to ensure that my car gets taken care of as soon as possible. I didn't have to go to Centerville at all! I picked my car up from where I dropped it off. Very convenient! I am really satisfied and will definitely come back if any more issues arise.

I took my 2008 LTC in for normal LOF, rotation, balance, drivers door Handel repair,; spark plug replacement, etc. Due to the normal routine maintenance check they perform. They ensured that all the issues I had mentioned when making appointment was taken care and more professionally and courteously with the end user in mind. Their total commitment to the customer reigns. 💯🙌🙌🙌
