Horrible Experience. Had a problem with starter on my 2006 honda accord, asked the manager to put genuine honda starter and he replaced with an aftermarket starter which he didnt install it properly. After he worked on my car, car starts with unusual sound and it makes grinding sound when i accelerate the car. He said he put genuine OEM honda starter but the part he puts looks so dirty (suspect it is a used aftermarket starter), he charged me $350 for the starter and 250 for the labor; all together i paid $627 including tax. I even showed them car start sound is strange and they say there's nothing wrong with it although I am sure they knew the problem. This manager and his team are crooked, dishonest, money hungry people! Never ever again I am going to that store for any work on my car.
