I was sent to Chris at Mufflers West and had a great experience. Chris was both very knowledgeable and honest. He gave me answers after looking at my vehicle and did not charge me for the inspection and advice. He even took time to answer questions on the phone following up. Chris at Mufflers West of Temecula was SO helpful and REALLY went above and beyond what was necessary to attempt to get my car smogged. He had changed the catalytic converter and muffler (my old one was to loud) after my car had failed smog- checking o2 sensors etcetera. I can not really convey how much I appreciated his thoughtful assistance attempts. I had expected the cost to be more than it was. He discounted things for me when I mentioned that I am a veteran, and that really felt good! I would whole heartedly truly recommend his shop to anyone needing these services. A+++++. Thanks Chris!

Chris is beyond helpful and knowledgeable in his craft. We were referred to them by our friends and Mufflers West was quick to help.
