While I got a fair price to replace the radiator on my vehicle, I was also lied to and experienced horrible customer service. This business did not properly attached my front bumper and refused to do it the right way. They also said that the price included the coolant which I just found out wasn’t replaced and is “dirty”. I do not recommend coming to this place for extensive repair work. *Edit: In response to the owner- I didn’t want to go into complete detail; however, you’re missing some points. 1. I do not have an Altima. I have a Maxima. 2. When I called to get a quote on the labor for the radiator replacement, I was explicitly told that the coolant change was a part of the price that was given to me. 3. I understand there was prior damage done to one side of the bumper; however, your mechanic added extra holes and screws to the bumper for no reason. Those extra screws wasn’t even attached to anything, so I don’t understand why that was done. On top of that, your mechanic didn’t properly attach the other side of the bumper that had zero damage to it which I could move freely with my hand. 4. I understand that is a car repair shop and not a body shop, which I why I wasn’t expecting for the damage to be fixed. However, I was expecting for my car to be returned back into the same condition as I brought it in. If your mechanic knew that wouldn’t be the case, then I would’ve appreciated the heads up being that I waited at your shop the whole time my car was being repaired. So, getting into contact with me wasn’t an issue. Again, your mechanic added extra holes and screws that wasn’t attached to anything without my knowledge. And again, the left side of the bumper which had zero damage was not attached properly. I hope you all will practice communication to prevent any further issues with your customers.
