I ordered tires and wheels online and had them delivered here. They got me in as soon as they were delivered and installed them quickly. My car is brand new, just over 100 miles on the odometer. They made sure to cover my interior and bag my factory tires so that nothing got dirty. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend this location for any of your tire needs

Very easy to communicate with. Went in for work the dealership told me needed done. Other shops wouldn't give quote or prices. Mr. Tire was straight forward with rates and even called me in the middle of the job to let me know my requested repair was not needed, there wasn't anything wrong with the part. Honest and fair in my opinion.

Utterly pathetic service. 4 tires, an alignment, and an oil change took over 4 1/2 hours to do anywhere else would have had it done in under 90 if not 60 minutes. This was a planned service days in advance yet the tires weren't on site the alignment had to be done at another of their shops and their mechanic who worked on my car was pathetically slow. I could have done this at home with a jack in that time frame next time I will instead of paying for the convenience and what I thought would be saving time.

Mr. Tire in Massillon is awesome! I took a flat tire for a repair, they couldn’t find an issue with it, refilled it and said come back if I have any issues. The tire started become flat again after 3 hours. I took it back and they found out the seal it in might have gone back and resealed it for me! They didn’t charge me a dime for the repairs! These guys are saints and I’m going there anytime I need anything! Thank you Mr. Tire downtown Massillon!! You guys rock!
