Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

My car wouldn’t start. Had it towed here. They said it was 100% the MAP sensor but it was highly advised that the coils and plugs be changed and that they do a fuel injection cleaning due to it idling rough. They also said that the front brakes and rotors needed fixed. After spending $1201 I took the car home and the next day it wouldn’t start. They towed it back for free (which was only fair) but at this point I wasn’t comfortable with them working on it as I felt very taken advantage of so I ended up taking it to another shop where they replaced the starter.

The manager that used to work there with the long ponytail was a phenomenal manager he always managed to fix all the issues and was very polite and never gave you the runaround. I don't know what happened to him or why he is no longer there but I have four boys who all drive vehicles and they all played high School football so they all have a lot of boyfriends that all have vehicles in all and about there's probably between 17 and 25 friends that all used to take their vehicles to that Mr tire but since that long hair guy is no longer there we don't go to that Mr tire no more we decided to start going to Flynn because the customer service and the service in general there's only one other guy that works there now his name is Jared that's we even like anymore and I don't even think that they treat him properly but that's up to him to deal with that but anyways my review is the store sucks now for the last couple of months it's been horrible poor customer service the one general manager I believe his name was Mr Rucker was very horrible very rude very inconsiderate he yelled at my grandmother he was very disrespectful to her and when I called corporate they gave me the runaround about it I don't think that gentleman should even have a job. I don't know what happened to this store or what happened to the service but once they got rid of that guy with the long ponytail is when they screwed up their services bring it back when you have better service.

This was my go to place for the last couple years, service has always been perfect. This last visit however was not good. The manager I usually deal with was no longer there. The new manager is ok, but my problem is, I have brought my car in there multiple times in the past services were completed perfectly. However this time the same service could not be performed and I was told I had to go to the dealership because it was a special procedure. Then when I asked the manager what was wrong with the car that service could not be performed this time, the manager talked to the tech in the back and I heard that tech drop a few F-bombs. They could have told me what I repairs I actually needed I would have taken care of them then, but I didn't get any specific information until I came to pick up the car!

So happy with this shop. Very fair on pricing. We’ve had to replace tires on four cars this year. The last three at Mr Tire on Portage and I really wish the first one was done here too. Brian has been a huge help and I’m definitely keeping them on speed dial. Thanks guys!

Terrible leadership and workers. Seem very uneducated or just flat out lying. Making up issues, replacing things you didn't ask for. Then refusing to give your vehicle back until you pay for the service you didn't ask for. This place should be shut down. Definitely turned into a crummy shop that will try to rip you off. Just go across the street for better service.

I had called and scheduled my appointment about 30 to 40 minutes I get a call that they can't do my appointment at the scheduled time and the next appointment is for 430. I endednup canceling because that time would not work for my schedule. Why would you schedule an appointment that your unable to sustain?
