If the supervisor and staff wouldn't be rude when you ask questions about your car, it would probably be a decent establishment. Especially don't ask approximately when your car will be ready, they go into rude-mode. The supervisor told me to take off my headphones so I can hear him. I had one headphone on and one off. Plus I had already turned off my music so I could hear him. He says, "I explained to you three times already". I am a grown man, he was talking to me like a child. I've already found another place to take my cars.

Id give a lower rating if I could. The manager was very rude for no reason. I came in to ask a few questions and get my car matienanced but instead was given smart-ass replies and an angry manager. Very unprofessional waste of my time.
