Mountain View Tire & Auto Service

A family member recommended Mountain View Auto service in Rowland Hgts after I had an unpleasant experience with another local mechanic shop. The employees here at Mountain View are all honest and friendly. I truly feel blessed to have been recommended this shop.

Had came in for tire repair for Tesla a few weeks back early morning, the repair is holding but charged me $45 for one tire stating its more difficult to work on electric car tire, was in a hurry that day so i just had it done, aside from the price gouging for the tire repair , work is satisfactory, rim came unscathed. Go directly to Americas tire or pep boys down the street , don’t think they charge for tire repair as a courtesy. Let alone charge $45, i came in early that day ,so probably know I’m in a hurry as well to charge me that high. Not blaming, i did agreed to the price , just a warning for the rest of electric car owners.

Alonzo was very kind and very nice. I work in the operating room, and I called during my break. Alonso answered the phone, and he was very helpful knowing that I worked a very busy schedule and ordered my tires so I could have my car sent there the next day. Alonso, worked with me in returning my calls and even texting me to let me know that my car was ready and things that needed to be done. I did not know that he was the store manager and he was a good choice that he takes good care of customer service. I live in Los Angeles and work in Los Angeles and I would definitely go back to Mountain Tire for any future needs. 😊 Guess what? This morning I found a new nail in my front tires. I will be seeing you soon. 🛞🚗

I went there the other day to fix my car tires pressure. Staffs are so friendly and quickly fixed for me! Highly recommended the place!

Wow my first time here i thank Sam tire specialist taking time and looking into tire that i was hoping to fix even though he told me tire may not be fixable he still went extra mile to took the car in opened and see if there is any hope , tire was not fixable he not only unloaded and loaded the tire back for me I appreciate people like sam who real are asset thank you Mountain view tires you are the best when comes to tire need in Rowland height area well done you deserve 5 stars ✨🙏🙏
