100% insurance fraud, my sister went to them to replace a bumper, they charged my insurance for the work they didn't perform on the vehicle. Mechanics are not professional at all.

I love this place!! I am a fleet owner and Elvis and his father handle all my repair needs. They are extremely efficient with their time and service. I have always been very happy with them. Most importantly they are honest and fair with their pricing which is a huge factor. I highly recommend them : ) They are the best!!

I scheduled an appointment for insurance photos on a new car first thing in the morning for a Carco inspection, and arrived on time. (BTW, in the past when I have done this, other companies have come to where my car was parked to do the inspection.) The staff member told me I shouldn't have bothered because it was raining. I asked why they hadn't called me to cancel, no one had told me about the raining policy when I had made the appointment, and I had driven out of my way to make the appointment. The verbatim response was: "we don't make any money on these, and we do a lot of them, so go somewhere else if you have a problem with it". The attitude was unpleasant to say the least. As far as Carco inspections go, I strongly recommend that you avoid this location..

Ray is simply the best! Honest, professional, friendly, and very very helpful. The lobby entrance area is actually quite homey and inviting. Not at all what you would expect from a workshop. A+
