Unlike the other dealers I was dealing with these guys actually helped me rather than putting down other dealerships just because they wanted our sale. BE CAREFUL - POSSIBLE SCAM. I came for a battery check plus regular service and got an estimate where the inspection results don't match the service list for the majority of items. I invested in the car's comprehensive maintenance just recently and I know those extra items cannot possibly be valid. Luckily ended up catching the issue early and after getting some stupid excuses from the front line guy made them to reduce the list to the 5K service and battery change prorated (because they changed it 2 years ago and by some reason it's already dead, which is also suspiciously strange as it should hold for 5 years like the previous ones). Attaching screenshots from the inspection/estimates they sent me, judge for yourself.

Had a great experience today with the service team! I needed to get front plates installed on my out of state car and they were able to squeeze me in and didn’t even charge me for the installation - just needed to buy one part. Super nice people!

Avoid this dealership at all costs...Took in my mint condition 70k truck for warranty. only 3000 were made in this color and style so it's rare. They decided to smash, damage completely ruined this original truck and they didn't even tell me about the damages they caused. Talking about bad customer service. Dale Snow is bar worse person to deal with. Rude as can be. No class. Customer service manager has no clue at all. They didn't even say sorry for what happened and never fixed it to original. They are awful here. GM forget about it he's to busy. They could have made it right but noooo. Dale snow had the call and now I'm going to take them to court. Bunch of idiots. Don't go here at all. Carlsbad is not far and wow the customer service is amazing. Mossy Toyota will never see me there again and I'll never buy there again. Jerks

Brought my Tacoma in because my passenger mirror was squeaking. I was told it would be $120 just to look at the mirror even though the truck is under warranty. They also said it would take the majority of the day to look at. I left due to this and went to my normal service department at Larry Miller Lemon Grove Toyota and they were very supportive and there was no cost to look at it and fixed it promptly. Fixed within an hour and half and offered Lyft for free. Would not go back to Mossy Toyota since I can get better service at nearby Toyota dealers.
