This review is for Sales, not the service, but I will be using their service center. Great place to buy a car!! They were fantastic and extremely patient with the different vehicles I test drove. The price was right and they threw in a few extras, too! Ask for Bob Carr; Bob is the MAN!!!

We didn't have an appointment and it was lunchtime, so it was going to take a while for my oil to be changed. They provided us a shuttle to and from the mall with ease! It was much better than sitting in a waiting room, although there waiting room was well stocked with treats and coffee. They staff were all kind and courteous. They greeted us upon arrival and entry and were all eager to help with whatever we needed!

Level of service has declined since Chilson’s sold. I didn’t appreciate the service tech recommending additional service that cost about $585 when my car was simply in for a standard oil change. I wasn’t pushed into the extra service, which was appreciated. When my oil change was done, everything that was recommended in the additional service came back at acceptable levels. When I asked for follow-up on why the extended service was offered despite everything looking good, I was told the service was recommended by total miles. Seems lazy and opportunistic.
