Scheduled an Oil Change. They had openings in only a couple days. Hard to come by with Dealerships today. When I got there, I couldn’t remember when my last tire rotation was. They were happy to look it up, and even let me know that I still had a complimentary one left from my new vehicle package. Pretty good for a truck with 31K miles. Around 35 minutes later, I was headed for the door. I sure do like working with a Small Town Dealerships! Thanks Morries!

Had transmission fluid and the filter replaced on my ram 3500 for routine maintenance. Soon after that service, truck was getting P0733 , transmission gear ratio error in third gear, I cleared code and kept getting and other gear ratio codes errors. I never got those codes before this xmission service. I checked the transmission fluid level and it didn’t even indicate on the dipstick. I had to add 3 quarts of fluid to bring it up to minimum level! So, this dealer service wasn’t completed correctly in my opinion. May 6 update: There is no response from Morries Cadott Chrysler. I talked to a service representative for about 15 minutes on Tuesday, April 29. He took the information and said that he would forward the information to the service manager. Its been a week and I haven't heard back.

Service was good and done in good time. It is so sad to see this dealership decay since Morris’s bought it. They have no inventory on the lot anymore- it used to be full when Chilson’s had it. No familiar faces anymore. Just a matter of time til they close it. Why would anyone want to buy a new car through a dealership that was obviously bought to destroy it and remove competition. Very sad for the town of Cadott.

They were amazing we picked up metal in our tire on the way from Crandon Wi to Lake City Minn we stopped any they fit us in to get us back on the road. Amazing customer service highly recommend.
