Horrible experience they have a “Manager in training” that does not know a thing of anything in the store. I took the car in early March to get new tires. Asked for cheapest tires they first tell me ballpark 800$. Which was already more then I wanted to spend as I asked for the cheapest available option. When they called me back to finalize the pricing they tried switching the price and saying it would’ve been 1100$ from 800 to 1100$. I flat out told them I’m not paying that eventually I heard another manager tell the guy to give it to me at the 800$ price. I pick up the car, then as soon as i get the car back I notice immediately theirs a big chip on my Rims. When approaching them about it they deny all responsibility and told me to call corporate and that it’s not their issue. So to “Chris” and “Jason” I hope they give the other customers a better experience.

On Sunday (3/16), my car started having issues with aggressive wheel shaking, a loud clunking noise, and a burning smell. Dropped my car off Sunday night and showed a video to the mechanic at the desk so he could see the wheel shaking and hear the clunking. Got a call the Monday morning that the suspension was fine and they can’t see an issue and why the wheel would shake unless it’s at a certain mph. I told them it’s not just high mph, it’s a problem going as slow as 30mph and I showed a video, so there is something wrong with the car. They went to look again and said it’s the tie rods, control arm, and sway bar links costing over $1400. I asked to fix the pertinent issues to stop the wheel shaking and clunking just so I could make a trip I was scheduled for and I would come back to fix the rest. They said fixing the sway bar links and tie rods would help and the control arms can be done later, so I pay to have the sway bar links and tie rods fixed for $640. Wednesday when I have to drive to the airport, there is the same clunking noise, aggressive wheel shaking, and burning smell, and a whole NEW clanking noise. I take the car to another mechanic Wednesday night. Thursday morning the new mechanic calls me, and the new clanking noise is a loose sway bar link. The original issue was due to front brake calipers hanging off and needing replacement. New mechanic fixed the loose sway bar link and brake calipers and my car now runs fine. When someone tells you there is an issue WITH video proof to highlight the problem, you should take the time to actually diagnose it and diagnose it correctly. I should not have had to tell the Monroe mechanic to go back and look at my car again especially after I showed a video so they could see and hear there was an issue. At this point, I’m convinced whoever looked at it at Monroe just went back and found any type of issue to fix just to say they found something because what they found didn’t even touch resolving the original issue. And my car left with loosely installed parts. Wasted $640 at this place, I would’ve rather spent that money at the mechanic who actually cared to listen to what was wrong with the car and worked to find and fix the problems. (And since I’m already complaining, Monroe also likes to leave screwdrivers under the hood after an oil change)

Very poor customer service. Went in for an oil change and was told it should take 30 minutes.... It took an hour and 30 minutes. I went in with a Groupon for 69.99 for a synthetic oil change and was charged an additional 86.00 for 3 additional quarts of oil and service fees. To me a Groupon should be used as a tool to get new customers in the door, treat them well, and build a rapport with them so that they are returning customers in the future. With my Groupon tires were supposed to be rotated and brakes inspected neither of which took place... I was not a happy customer.

Great management — efficient, nice, and funny! I came in for an oil change and I said my key fob battery was also dead. The manager took the time to look up the battery and installed it right away. Using a Groupon for the oil change and tire rotation was quick and easy. No issues.
