Do not bring your car here if you are not knowledgeable on cars, they WILL rip you off. They tried to charge me $1300 for an entire exhaust replacement, but kept the description as to what was actually wrong super vague. I took my car somewhere else and all that was missing was a bolt causing some rattling. Terrible people, terrible business, do not take your car here for an inspection.

I went to Monroe’s to get my yearly car inspection. I had somewhat an idea what my car needed when I took my car which would only be like $300 worth of work. After they finished my inspection they told me I need over $1800 worth of work and there were all these things that were wrong. So me having heard some things about this place I declined them fixing my car and took it to a reputable garage the next day and literally 90% of the things they said was wrong were not. Literally all my car actually needed was breaks and rotors… definitely do not recommend monroes in meadville

I went in to ask if they could plug the code reader in to my car. They said no. There were two mechanics in the garage and no other customers but yet no one could seem to help. What lazy pricks... I won't be back again. So much for good service in a small town.
