First time using Monro for new Tires and TPMS sensors. Had my tires sent here and set up an appointment for 9am Sunday by Brandon. My husband has been there for over and hour and half and still no employees have shown up. When you can you can leave a voicemail or speak to a call center who tells you the manager is busy and will call you back. How is the manager busy when there are no employees at the store. Why are they not being held accountable for their posted open for business times. I will be reporting to the BBB because no one should be treated this ways Now not only do they have my product but I have no way getting it until someone shows up. Please stay away from here and chose a non chain brand.
