I came in with a slow leak from a tire that was originally set at this garage. The first guy did a great job fixing the 7 or 8 leaks on the inside. However, there was still one small leak. Another employee then destroyed my tire and tried to lie about it saying "this chunk missing might be why it's not sealing" I then told him to ask his buddy who just worked on it if he saw this chunk because it wasn't there when he did it. He continued to lie about it. He then offered me the option to purchase a new tire, which didn't match the three others, which would cause me to have to purchase at least one more so the sets at least matched. I'm now out a tire, and my truck is down until I can get a new matching tire. This place constantly screws things up. The staff is never the same. Monro should send someone from corporate to look into this place. How it has a 4 star rating I'll never know.

Brought my car to the Johnstown location for an Inspection, they told me my car didn't pass, gave me a whole list of reasons why, was probably looking at hundreds of dollars in repair.. so I Brought my car somewhere else and my car passed with no issues. This place is just looking to make you spend loads of money when it’s not needed. So glad I took my business somewhere else.

Brought my own oil and filter so the oil change was only about $40. My car had been making a weird noise for a while and I knew I needed that checked out so they took a look and it was a wheel bearing that they were able to replace that day. I am now safer on the road :)

When I went first they had to reschedule because they didn't have the right oil filter I had rescheduled for the next day at 730 am and when I went I had to be pushed back again until 9 am due to another customer , when I was finally seen the service was good
