Brand new car got a flat in the evening after work. This place got me in even though they were closing soon and had my car up on the lift getting a new tire within minutes of arrival. Easy to find location, great customer service and willing to help me out even thought it was close to closing! Fair prices and will definitely be giving them more business in the future.

Got a flat tire and had about an hour and a half to get it fixed before going to an important event. I’ve been here before and had a great experience so they were my first choice. They got me in right away, fixed my tire and switched it back out with the spare. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!

This is the shortened version of my experience, I would like to preface with the fact that I take care of my car very well. I brought my car here for an alignment and an oil change. Paid and left. By the next day my car was jerking around so much that I could hardly drive it. Brought it to the Monro closest to me, they couldn’t do alignments because the machine was down, but they lifted my car and had to replace a bolt in the front end that was loose. This had not been an issue prior to the first visit to the location in Warren, and the mechanics there said nothing about anything being loose. Go back to the Warren location to have my alignment readjusted/ completed as they could not do the back end the first time around unless I bought the bolt kits and came back, they were stuck and the mechanic didn’t want to do the back end without the bolts on hand in case it broke, which is reasonable. They ended up having to replace a control arm on them because they messed something up. They had to keep my car over night. When I picked my car up the next day, mechanics were under the hood when we pulled up. My car was still in a bay, even though they had told us it was ready to pick up. I paid and left. On the way home I noticed the check engine light was on, which hadn’t been the day prior. I stopped at the Jamestown location and had them check what was going on. I was over the Warren location at this point. The Warren mechanic advised them that the battery had died while completing my alignment and they had charged it and put it back in. The mechanic in Jamestown hooks my car up to the computer, and he says it’s a MAP sensor, no big deal my husband had changed it before with no issues. He also told me I was double changed and should get a refund for some on the money I had paid. I contacted corporate and got a refund for one of the two alignments I paid for. My husband changed the map sensor. The check engine light went off but there’s a code popping up for an issue with the wiring to the MAP sensor. I had to replace the MAP sensor, and the wiring to the MAP sensor. The mechanic I brought it to for that told me that the wires were either crossed while jumping the car, or the battery was disconnected /reconnected incorrectly. All I wanted was an alignment and and oil change, and all in all I’ve ended up spending about $450.00 on other things that were not an issue prior to going into the Warren location the first time!

I had an EXCELLENT experience at Monro. They were polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond!!!! I had no appointment and they squeezed me in on a Sunday with amazing service. I can't thank Kurt and his crew enough. Wonderful place, wonderful people!!!! Five stars all around!

This is the worst place to get your oil changed! We were asked to buy our own oil filter!! They put the oil filter in incorrectly!! Our car leaked oil from the time we took it out of the shop until we finally got it changed from our mechanic. My son is a college student is and is only 19 years old and he is not mechanically inclined. I called several times spoke to the manager which he did absolutely nothing and then referred me to his supervisor. Which his supervisor did absolutely nothing. We are still waiting over a month for a refund which was never given and promised. Worst customer service ever, The manager claims he does not know how to do refunds and always forgets to call me back! Save yourself a lot of headaches and hassles and pull right back out of the parking lot and go to a reputable place to get your oil changed!!! This was the Warren, PA location. Good luck with Monro Customer service 1800 # they are just as bad. Nobody returns phone calls either. All around terrible company!!!
