So I actually did some shopping around and they gave me an estimate for brakes that was just completely outrageous over 1200 for front and back pads and rotors now instead I went to the shop down the street Bayview maybe a quarter mile down the road it's so close you could walk there and they told me out the door price of 600$ I was baffled... so I started calling around more shops asking for a full brake job pads and rotors with an added brake fluid flush which wasn't included in the estimate with Monro EVERY. SINGLE. SHOP. was atleast 30% cheaper than the original estimate from Monro and I called big names Belle tire, pep boys, and some local shops so I went back to ask how much a battery was they wanted 300$ for an autozone battery I can buy from autozone myself and have them install for free and for 120$ less and it's the SAME EXACT BATTERY autozone delivers it to them it was crazy man never stepping foot in another Monro nor will I ever recommend you guys again. Very nice staff that's the only upside

Very kind and honest people. I had a bad experience at a different shop and they fixed the issue with my car! They are very honest and care about their work. I will always recommend them and continue to bring my car to them when i have an issue! They are absolutely amazing!

They really do have a great staff they are very helpful and honest but their turnaround rate is horrible every 3-6 months there's a whole new staff and also their prices are INSANE sometimes more than the dealer anyone who say otherwise has absolutely no clue what they are talking about and has done no market research whatsoever
